› Terms
Use this site in good faith. We'll do the same.
These terms cover hibot.space and the things you can sign up for here. By using the site or starting a subscription, you agree to them. Hi, Bot is operated from Richmond, Virginia.
Waitlist & founder pricing
Joining the waitlist does not constitute enrollment. Founder pricing is a non-binding intent we'll honor in good faith for waitlisted families.
Activities Pass subscription
- Free trial:the Activities Pass starts with a 14-day free trial. We collect a payment method at signup so your access doesn't lapse, and we email you before the trial ends.
- Auto-renewal: after the trial, your subscription renews automatically (monthly or annually, whichever you chose) and your payment method is charged at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime: manage or cancel in the billing portal (linked from your welcome page and in our emails), or email hello@hibot.space. Canceling during the trial means you're never charged. Canceling later stops future renewals; you keep access through the period you've paid for.
- Refunds:if something isn't right, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll work it out — including a refund where that's the fair answer.
- Price changes:we'll give you advance notice by email before any price change takes effect, with time to cancel first.
Content & printables
Course content, activities, and printables are for your family's personal, non-commercial use (teachers: classroom use of free printables is fine). Don't resell, redistribute, or strip attribution. Download links we email you are personal — please don't share them publicly.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse our forms (spam, scraping, automated submission), probe our infrastructure, or misuse other people's email addresses. Parent/guardian affirmations on our forms must be truthful. We reserve the right to block IPs and addresses, and to suspend accounts, that violate these terms.
The legal bits
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the site or a subscription is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stands.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll update the date below and — for changes affecting active subscriptions — notify you by email before they take effect.
