Is this really zero cost for our organization?

For host venues — libraries, YMCAs, museums, faith orgs — yes. You provide a room, a calendar slot, and promotion; Hi, Bot brings mentors, curriculum, insurance, and handles family registration and payment. You never receive an invoice from us. Venues earn a 30–40% revenue share on enrollments sourced through your channels. After-school and district partnerships use an enrichment budget or grant line you already have. Where do you operate?

In-person mentor-led pilots are Richmond, VA–first while we hire and finalize facilities — we will not over-promise travel before we can staff it properly. Licensing the activity library works anywhere you have an audience and a facilitator. Sponsored cohorts can be named for your organization in our market or adjacent ones we can reach with background-checked staff. On a scoping call we will tell you plainly whether your location fits the current pilot map.

What does our staff actually have to do?

For host venues, very little beyond what you already do for any room booking: unlock the space, point families to registration, and optionally co-promote on your channels. Hi, Bot facilitators run the session, set up materials, and tear down. Your staff does not need to teach AI. After-school blocks follow the same pattern inside your building. Licensees run activities themselves using our facilitator guides — that is the trade-off for no mentor on site.

How does revenue share work for hosts?

Families register and pay Hi, Bot directly — list prices live on our pricing page for planning, though in-person checkout is not open yet. When an enrollment traces to your venue's promotion or referral, you receive 30–40% of that tuition for the life of that enrollment. We handle billing, refunds, and family email so your finance office never chases us. Insurance, background checks, and how kids use AI?

Programs target a 1:6 mentor-to-builder ratio with Virginia-required background checks on every mentor who works with kids, general liability coverage, and hosts named as additional insured where contracts require it. Kids do not get dropped into unrestricted consumer chatbots — AI access stays mentor-mediated and age-appropriate. Licensing and Virginia out-of-school-time classification are still being mapped with counsel as we hire.
