What runs today
Everything in this list is live and usable right now, from anywhere, with no waiting list and no physical location involved.
- Activities Pass — the paid activity library for grades 6–12. $5/month after a 14-day free trial.
- Free printables library — 83 print-at-home craft and activity packs, free to email subscribers.
- Card games — 1 print-ready kitchen-table games, ungated, no email required.
- The four zone tracks, online — AI Arena, Build Studio, Robotics & Physical AI, and the AIPreneurship Lab, each a self-paced track with lessons and project briefs, included with the Activities Pass.
- Free courses and videos — self-paced AI Foundations plus the free video library.
- Curriculum Studio — commissioned curriculum and program administration for homeschool families, co-ops, microschools, and districts. This is real, contracted work we take on today.
- The blog — published regularly, free, no account.
What we are still validating
These are designs and intentions, not schedules. Nothing below is currently scheduled, staffed, or for sale.
- The four zones as physical rooms — AI Arena, Build Studio, Robotics & Physical AI, and the AIPreneurship Lab. All four exist today as self-paced online tracks inside the Activities Pass, and you can start any of them tonight. What doesn't exist is the room, the weekly drop-in, the tournament Sunday, and the Saturday open shop.
- Cohorts, camps, workshops, after-school blocks, and parties. The program lineup shows our intended shape and list prices so families can plan — those buttons route to the waitlist, not to checkout, on purpose.
- Founding-member pricing. Joining the waitlist locks your rate if and when in-person programs open; it does not buy a seat today.
The Richmond clubhouse
Open houses — the first chance to walk through — start Summer 2027. To be direct about the status: we are in early site exploration and have not signed or committed to a lease. We won't publish a doors-open date until we do. If the open-house timeline moves, we will say so here and email the waitlist — you will not have to find out by showing up.
What we are not, yet
- There is no physical space open to the public.
- There is no in-person programming and no cohorts running.
- There is no parent or student dashboard.
- We have no paid staff roster to publish. Background checks, ratios, and insurance commitments are documented on our safety page and take effect as we hire.
Why this page exists
A family paying $5/month for an activity library deserves to know the clubhouse is still a plan. A district considering curriculum work deserves to know which parts of us are shipping and which are aspirational. Publishing the gap is cheaper than being caught in it.
