Cleanroom and lithography diorama

Build a cleanroom diorama around a model lithography machine: light carries a chip's pattern from a mask onto a wafer, layer after layer. The newest machines use extreme ultraviolet (EUV) light, which glass would swallow, so they bounce it off mirrors instead of sending it through lenses.
